Mmcgee, a work from home medical transcriptionist and, most importantly, a brand new mother to a 3-month old girl, is using her Funded Account® to not only empower herself but her children to achieve their dreams!
Mmcgee started trading stocks many years ago and “fumbled around for a while” as she puts it. She goes on to say “I was in a fog for a long time, searching for gurus and indicators, in a state of confusion.” However, about 4 to 5 years ago, Mmcgee stumbled upon a concept that would change her trading forever - price action.
Armed with this new method, she dropped all of her indicators and focused on just plain charts and price. “Nothing compares to screen time, which is not something a beginner wants to hear, but it’s the truth, ” said Mmcgee. We couldn’t agree more.
Through her time at TopstepTrader, Mmcgee honed her craft in a very real, but safe way. She accrued the screen time necessary to successfully learn to read price action and refine her entry and exits.
Mmcgee has taken two checks already and is up thousands in her Funded Account by fading weakness and trapped traders. When asked what she’ll do with the money, a couple things came to mind. “As a new mom, some of my profits will go towards necessities like diapers, formula and the like,” shares Mmcgee, “but I’d really like to treat myself to a mani-pedi and Apple Watch.”

Maybe the greatest lesson I’ve learned from them is to shut of my platform and walk away after suffering losses.”
