When the weather gets hot, everything moves a little slower, and the markets are no exception. Participants both large and small start looking to leave the office for the lake house, and volatility usually leaves right along with them. These quiet markets can be deceptively risky, and may not always offer the same rewards. It might be a good time to take a break yourself and recharge your batteries.
