At the age of 14, New Jersey teen, Connor Bruggemann, got his first job as a busboy, and after working for two years, he saved nearly $10,000. Connor was always interested in investing and because his father had a background on Wall Street, Connor and his Dad opened up a custodial e-trade account and invested his savings in safer dividend yielding stocks.
After a few months, Connor read about penny stocks, their wild swings and the potential endless amount of profits. Connor initially turned his $9,700 into $90,000 on a single investment which he sold in December 2013. In March 2014, Connor's account was down to $52,000. After studying and developing a refined strategy, in less than 9 months, Connor has profited $300,000.
Connor is sharing his strategy with Squawk Radio on January 9th at 1:00PM CT in an effort to help others refine their current strategy, or for newer traders to learn from him. He is now 17 years old, a senior in high school, and is the founder of investorscorner.org. His story has been featured on The Verge, Fox Business, Bro Bible, Bloomberg, and various other news outlets.
