Day 7: Down Day, Still Up for the Week - Performance Coaches' Trading Combine

Our Performance Coaches were active today - trading both Crude Oil ($CLV7) and Emini S&P 500 ($ESZ7) futures. They did so with mixed results, but are still in a good position on their overall account. In total, the Coaches lost 118.54 today, but are still up $77.78 for the week. 

Here's how the full day broke down. 

Today, the Coaches got a little whipsawed in Crude Oil - first going short at $48.84 and then long after their stop was hit on a breakout. Both trades ended up as losers - but stops set when they took the trade ensured that the Coaches never risked their account. 

At the same time as Crude was oscilating, the Coaches were working an order to buy Emini S&P at 2491.75. That order was filled mid-morning - and they immediately placed a stop at 2489.75 and a profit target at 2495. It took them until the end of the day, but that target got hit - netting them $162.50 before fees and commissions.
